We offer a wide range of services encompassing most of your personal tech support needs at affordable prices; we charge a flat rate for certain services such as operating system reinstallation but can accommodate almost any of your computer needs for an hourly fee. We also offer student rates for university students (with student ID).

**Some virus activity may persist after removal. If this is the case an Operating System Reinstall is recommended.

All prices exclude any additional hardware or software cost necessary to complete repair. If any additional hardware or software is required, customers will be consulted before any additional costs are incurred.

It is our policy that payment must be received in full before we release machines that have been worked on back to their owners, please have payment ready by your drop-off appointment. If payment is not ready upon arrival at the drop-off appointment and a second appointment is necessary you will be assessed a 5 dollar rescheduling fee for the trip.

Payment is accepted by cash, personal check*, or credit card via the PayPal link on this website.
