Who are we?

Jason Katsoyannos -  A tech support specialist who has worked in the industry for 4 years with the Portland State University Office of Information Technology and Symantec Corporation supporting clients over the phone and in person with a wide variety of issues. Currently also attends Portland State as well as working in their helpdesk.

Chris Aronson - The administrator of technical support operations at P&A Metal Fab, Inc, a local metal fabrications company. Previously a PSU student and employee for the PSU Office of Information Technology, he has 7 yrs of experience in technical support and network administration.
